Question Is my i9900k running to hot?

I'm using about 50% ram but I'm only using 10-20% cpu load and highest temp I've seen is 64c thus far.
Edited: forgot to put what cpu cooler I have its an Evga 240mm water cooler.

What does the temperature go up to under high load, say running Cinebench? A 240mm AIO is a little weak for a 9900k, often they are outperformed by high end air cooling. A 280mm or 360mm would suit a 9900k better, they are hot.

At 10-20% load and 4.4GHz 64c doesn’t surprise me. I’m more surprised by why it isn’t boosting higher.

Did you have some game running, when those screenshots were taken?
36% gpu utilization is significant.

If you didn't have game running, then might be cryptomining malware infection there.

Yes, I was playing minecraft running 3 accounts doing stuff. its just weird with these temps. I bought a blower tool to clean out my pc today hopefully thats the problem.

Im using a lower end rtx 2060 when I bought this rigg thats all I could afford. hopefully in the coming months I'll be upgrading my powersupply and gpu. I'm just wondering if I should buy a heatsink as well.

Yeah. Your cpu cooler doesn't handle full cpu load very well.

How is your cooling system set up?
What pc case?
How many fans?
Aio installed in front or top of the case?

3--120mms in front 1--140mm in back My radiator is mounted at the top. The case is COUGAR PANZER

You could bring temps by several degrees down by mounting aio radiator in frontal position.

BTW - how old is that AIO cooler?
