Is my Intel i5-2400 compatible with a msi 760GM-P23 (FX) motherboard?

I am currently building my first PC and have a Intel i5-2400, I've found a msi 760GM-P23 (FX) online for a good price and I'm not sure if it's compatible, does anyone know?
