Hi I own a Corsair K50 Raptor keyboard. For some reason recently my keyboard has stopped working. When I try to updated it, it says 'please plug in keyboard to a usb port' I'm not sure how this is the case as i have my keyboard in the sub port at the time. Does anyone know any way I can fix this?
Any help is much appreciated!

Unplug the keyboard from the USB port and plug it back into the same USB port. Give it a minute or two to be recognized (worst case scenario). If it's still unresponsive, try to use another USB port. Keep doing so until you've run out of USB ports to try. If it continues to be unresponsive, restart the computer and try the tests outlined above again.

If the above doesn't work, report it to me/us and I'll/we'll try to help you out with the problem.

None of what you suggested seems to be working. The keyboard doesn't even appear in the device manager tab. Nothing happens with the keyboard when I plug it in either :/

Fancy keyboards take a walk out the door constantly. I've personally gone through 8 keyboards during the last 3 years due to them all having a mind of their own. If your keyboard turns out to be a dud like most of mine. Do the right thing, take it out to the local shooting range and feed that thing a few rounds of justice.

I recommend spending no more then $50 on keyboards if you go through them frequently. Logitech keyboards are nice and cheap. Especially the G105.

I would try what itmoba suggested, try it on a different system and see if you get the same result. If you do, then it is mostly likely a dead KB.

You do have a warranty for that KB and can always submit an RMA request to get a replacement. You can start your RMA here, Corsair.force.com.

In that case, it is best that we get you a replacement KB. Submit an RMA request and we'll get you brand new KB in not time.

You can PM me your ticket # once customer service has assigned one to you, so I can help and speed things up a bit.
