Is my laptop fit for gaming?

I recently bought a dell inspiron 15R.I want to ask that will it be able to run games like watch dogs,cod advanced warfare,ac unity,far cry 4 etc.It has a 4th gen intel core i5,8GB RAM,1 TB hdd and a 2GB AMD Radeon GPU.

based on those specs, it should run those games on reasonable settings.

You should be able to use medium details on most of these games, but don't expect higher than that with good framerates.
