Like in the title is my Laptop good enough?

Here are my specs====
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) I7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.40 GHz
RAM: 24.0 GB
System type: 64-bit
Video Card or whatever it is I dunno: Nvidia Geforce 880M I think.

Probably not at 60fps at 1080p. but unless you didn't buy the laptop yet, id just start playing games and finding out yourself.
oh and using the link unknown posted... all depends on your game

but don't be surprised if you cant run max settings smoothly. laptops are VERY underpowered compared to their PC counterparts
