Is my laptop underperforming?

So this laptop is a Acer Inspire V3-471 and I have had it for 3 years now. And I am having the feeling that it is underperforming. You can see the official specs here: Specs . And this is its performance using its newest driver on 3D MARK Sky Diver:

Is there a way to see what specifically can cause my pc to be so slow? I think that the problem might be the hard drive which is completely filled with junk even after tons of cleanups (manual and automatic). Might it be worth installing a SSD? How can I test this?

Your laptop's graphic performance is not very good since it has an intel HD 4000, an integrated GPU which uses the computer's ram. It's not underperforming, it's just a bad performer.
