Is my laptop up for gaming?

Ram: 8 GB
System Type: Windows 8.1 64 bit

So I really don't know a whole heck of a lot about computers, but is my laptop really cut out for gaming? Also, is it worth overclocking?

Not with the HD Graphics 400, an iGPU. I have that same processor/iGPU setup in my Mac Book Pro Retina 13in, and it is adequate for Leauge of Legends and other low intensity MMOs.
