PC working fine yesterday, booted up today and initially had a message saying:

“Please select a boot device…”

Or something similar I can’t remember the exact.

Rebooted normally, this time it booted into windows. I decided to run “sfc /scannow” to check for corrupted files but windows froze shortly after starting.

Restarted again, it tried automatic repair but kept failing and now I’m left on this screen with every boot.

Never seen this before, assuming the next step is to try a fresh windows install via USB.

Any advice appreciated before I do this, am I wasting my time.. is the M.2 dead?

Thanks in advance
