So I will try to explain only the key points..

1. I took one stick of Ram out and left one in, turned the computer back on and changed the boot order so it would boot Memtest from my USB.
2. I done the test and after around 1 hour it said no errors so I turned the computer off.
3. I took out the current ram and put in my other
4. I turned the computer back on and i'm getting no display at all

I've tried different monitors, and changed from the MB's display port, to using a graphics card to try get anything to appear... It didn't work

I done a lil research and found it could maybe be that my motherboard is now broke?

PLEASE HELP.

System:
Corsair 750w Modular psu
amd athlon ii x2 270 processor
4gb ram sticks - x2
asus m5a 78l-m motherboard

Solution
Let's try to isolate:
1st is this a new build, or one that was working and died?

Either way, let's simplify the problem:
- Remove all RAM
- Connected to the on-board video port
- Remove GPU
- disconnect ALL power cables from motherboard except 24 pin and 8 pin CPU power
- disconnect SATA cables, front panel audio cable
- disconnect cables from all case fans connected to motherboard
- LEAVE all wires on header for power switch, reset switch, and HD LED....
- LEAVE CPU fan header connected

1). Check if any LED's are on when power supply is on but computer is OFF (should be a GREEN LED somewhere)
2). Press power button to turn on system
- does CPU fan spin?
- does powersupply fan spin?
- any LEDs lit?
- any beeps?

I bought this as a PC from Amazon, I'm pretty sure it was a custom... I'm just adding upgrades to it now. And it's died from me messing around with it.
and I will do that list of things now...

UPDATE: It didn't work D: still no video.
No beeps
Yes the CPU fan did spin
Yes The PSU fan did spin
And no LED's lit except the little light thats on the motherboard
