Is my memory broken

I have a msi b350 tomahawk and a ryzen 5 1600 CPU , I recently bought this ram right here 3200mhz ram
Ive tried xmp profile 1 and 2, along will change the MHz of the ram from 3200mhz all the way down to 2133mhz, on 3200mhz I just get the "🙁 your pc has ran into an issue and needs to restart" and anything below that crashes in rainbow six siege when I try to benchmark/play. Just wanna know if theres anything I can do before I refund. Thanks!

Try manually setting it in BIOS.
Timing 16-18-18-38, Speed 2667, voltage 1.35 volts. If that is stable bump the speed up to 2933 with the same voltage and timings.
Anytime you run the memory at a OC setting their a chance it will just not work and when you use different XMP profiles it is also adjusting the voltage and timings. You could also need to overclock the processor to get faster memory speed to work.

The first setting I gave you should work and the 2nd should work if the first one does.

Sorry, forgot to reply. It crashed at every speed on the first, second method didn't work either. I gave up returned it yesterday. Hopefully the next set works
