Is my mobo compatible with a dedicated Physx card?

I have an ASUS M5-A88-V EVO motherboard and i am unsure if it is able to run a dedicated physx card, my main card is a GTX 660 and I have a GT 640 that's just been collecting dust and I want to put it to good use.

Specs:

Asus M5 A88-V mobo (AMD 880g Chipset)
AMD FX-4100
16 GB 1866 MHz ram
GTX 660
600w Modular PSU

The 640 wouldn't make any difference. Google the spec for your mobo and see if it has more than one pcie x16 slot.
