Question is my mobo dead? gpu with power pin wont spin (asus p6t deluxe v2)

its an asus p6t deluxe v2 with an i7 920 and 8gb of ram, both the ram & processor are normal on other mb, the mb was given from someone to me

the motherboard doesnt want to post at all, when i use a gt730 the fan spin but no display & when i use my r7 260x the fan wont spin even with the 6 pin connected, the only board lights that are on are the power, reset and all the white leds on the bottom right (northbridge or southbridge cant tell), no beeps either

i wonder if its a ruined bios chip since it has the same symptoms even after i removed the chip (its a socketed ic)

i know its a 10 year old board but if its reviveable it still have some purposes

update to the situation, now the mb will turn on, blue led below the ram slot flashes then it dies

any help? former owners and such ?
