Is my mobo dead?

So my pc doesnt turn on anymore, no leds no fans no nothing.
I tested the psu and it works, i replaced the cmos battery with a completely new one. I tried turning it on with nothing but the cpu and fan, 1 stick of ram and cpu and mobo power. Still nothing. Is my mobo dead?

If it does not turn on at all it could be a bad power supply or motherboard. How did you test the PSU, in another system and it powered that one OK?
