This PSU can be bought for $1 per 30w which is about the least you can pay for any PSU.

The +12v has only 15a while the 3.3v has 25a and the 5v has a whopping 36a.

This PSU wasn't designed to power computers from 2011, more like computers from 1995. This is why you can get it for pennies on the dollar. A PSU designed for 2011 costs $1 per 10w.

There is no way we can rule out the PSU being the sole cause of your problems.

I would suggest you get an Antec EarthWatts 430w.

That may outright fix the problems completely, but if it doesn't it will at least allow us to try other things with confidence that they will actually test what we want them to test.

If the PSU remains as is and we suggest tests, then the results of those tests will be suspect and not really prove anything. Power problems are insidious and they can disguise themselves as problems with pretty much anything else.
