is my mobob bricked everyone ?

i downloaded a bios update that dell detected for me in the official site, anyway when i found it on the desktop i tried to install it, when my pc restarted it showed my boot agent info as always and then the pc went dead, the fans are spinning both cpu's and gpu's , i got that orange light of dead that people call it to dell desktops , is my motherboard bricked, change the mobo or nothing right ? cause i tried every thing to fix it but nothing helps

it may have been trying to restart to install the BIOS update when it went black. if you interrupted it at any time then odds are good you bricked your motherboard

Is your computer under warranty still? Sound like a bad BIOS flash.
Have you tried unplugging your computer and removing the CMOS battery, waiting 30 seconds putting the CMOS battery back in and turning back on the computer?

accually, i skipped all this non sense and bought an asus P8H67-V what do you think about it ?. and would a full atx case work great with it, like the nox hummeur mc zero edition ?
