I've had Modecom Carbon 620W since I bought my PC, and I've upgraded a few parts, but I was wondering if this PSU can damage my other pc components?
Intel i5-3570k @4.2GHz
MSI GTX 970 Gaming G4
8GB DDR3 RAM
Just going by the specs it shouldn't be advertised as a 620w psu. Its a 500w unit at best and that kind of deceptive advertising usually indicates its a low quality unit and could very well pose a danger to the system.

But is it mandatory to replace it as soon as possible or it's okay if it stays there a few months? I am planning to replace it, but not right now, cause I don't have enough money
Depends on if you are a gambling man. Theres no telling how long it will last or if it will fry parts. Its an unknown brand (likely a regional rebrand) with poor specs.
