Is my monitor 50Hz or 60Hz ?

I have just bought a new Samsung 23'' LED Monitor, Its model is : T23C350
It's a TV/PC Monitor and i'm using it on my Gaming PC which i bought a week ago
The reason why i bought this Monitor is that it has 2ms Response Time which is good for gaming
It's the only monitor in my country that has 2ms Response Time, others have 5ms Response Time

I visited some websites and i saw that it has 50Hz Refresh Rate, (all of them say that it has 50Hz)
but in my PC it says that it has 60Hz and i'm not sure which one is true, the box which it came in doesn't mention the Refresh Rate
I'm gonna show you some pics and you guys tell me if this means it's 60Hz or not

When entering a Game the monitor gives a note that says : PC/ 1920x1080 @60Hz
So, does these prove that it's 60Hz ? (i know how stupid i am to ask after seeing all these stuff)
But it really matters to me as it's 10 FPS different..

Note- Advertised response times and actual response times are usually worlds apart.

The unit is no longer in production according to Amazon UK ... while there I saw that this was £20 cheaper which makes me wonder what this Samsung unit has that puts the cost up above what generally is considered the best gaming monitor in that size range.

I have never run into your situation before....did the unit come with an install disk that would give windows a profile for the unit ? Otherwise I think it might just be picking defaults which would be 60 Hz. Best contact Samsung.

unfortunately it will cost me almost double price, i'm from Egypt and i bought this monitor for 1300 pounds
this Asus monitor is not available in Egypt and if i'm going to buy it from Amazon it should cost me 1800 pounds
but if you add the delivery price (as i'm going to get it through and delivery company) it will cost around 2200 pounds

I am surprised that the "I will deliver your car" business hasn't expanded to PC parts

This is likely a result of the Euro standard of 50hz TV's. As a result, it used the standard refresh rate in their marketing. I'd bet every Euro TV that is 50hz would work at 60hz as a monitor. The hardware is all capable of 60hz, they just broadcast at 50hz. Once you set it up to a PC, it will grab 60hz, as that is the standard PC refresh rate.
