is my monitor bad? freesync?

I have a Samsung Syncmaster e2320
was wondering how good/bad was that monitor and Im in the market to buy a new videocard. should I get a freesync monitor ( if change is needed)

Only if you need that feature or you would like to have it surley you would buy new monitor, its all up to you, but which card are you gonna buy?
