[SOLVED] Is my monitor broken?

So I bought this monitor about 1 month ago I went to get on it after work tonight and it won't work when I turn on my monitor it doesn't even show me the logo that comes up when I turn it on but still shows light that it is on so I'm not seeing a completely blank screen but I see the light behind the monitor if that makes sense the monitor is MSI MAG270CR this is very annoying I don't know what to do I tried to use only this monitor and it still doesn't work.

any help would be very nice, bought this brand new from best buy.
edit: I have two monitors the other one is working just fine
edit 2: I have tested it with other cords and it is still not working, I still don't get the logo after it turns on or even the settings to come up so I'm guessing something inside of my monitor is messed up but how do I find out what it is?

if monitor is only one month old, I would take it back to best buy and ask them for a replacement or a fix.

You may need to contact MSI instead, I am not sure which of those 2 would need to do repairs.

I called best buy, since it is still pretty new they will pay for the repair, this post can be locked and closed
