Is my Monitor dead?

Hi guys

Yesterday night I tried turning my Monitor to another position and suddenly my system turned off.
I figured that the monitor's cable somehow tugged at the PSU wire and caused the shutdown. But after that, when I tried to turn the pc on, the monitor showed "no signal" and then nothing.
I fear something bad has happened.
Please point me to the right direction.

The whole pc turns on except the monitor

make sure Monitor power cable is properly seated and also try using a different cable. if it still does not power on try a different wall socket which you are sure is working

just noticed you mentioned No signal comes up on the monitor. So that does mean it is getting power. how about the DVI or VGA cable? Have you tried reseating it at both ends. and also check for physical damages on the pins

The issue is resolved. Connected the VGA cable to the motherboard and then it worked. Then again connected it to the GPU and it worked.
