Question is my monitor defective ?!

i just got a 144hz ips monitor from lg 24gn60r-b
overdrive is set to the best setting and its set to 144h in windows it feels much smoother than 60hz but is this kind of effect while moving in opposite directions fast like in the video normal ?
pause the video u can see objects other than the gun have multiple images behind them in the ufo test its clear ofc it has motion blur but no double images
