Is my monitor not working or could it be something else?

I decided to get x2 monitors msi mag241c for $150 each from Newegg. It’s a 24”, 144hz, curved widescreen and more features so why not (it’s $250 on Amazon). They arrived a week later and I was happy. Problem is when I try to set one of the monitors to 144hz, screen goes wild like damage. However, this doesn’t always happen. At first it just went away by just pressing ctrl alt del. Then, it went away by restarting the computer. Now it doesn’t seem to go away and seems to pop in and out whenever I open a program.

Does this happen with both monitors? What is the video card's brand and model?

Right now, I disconnect and reconnect everything and seems to work fine. It doesn’t always work. However, I was with msi tech support and it was still doing that with different ports. They toll me I can get a refund from Newegg but I want the dual monitor. Another monitor of the same could cost me $100 more.
I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB.
