Is my monitor overclockable?

Solution
Yes pretty much any monitor is overclockable. I have had good luck overclocking my monitor but like said above sometimes it can cause issues I would say the most common are color inaccuracy and frame skipping, I linked a tool below where you can check for frame skipping after you overclock.

Also the cable you use can make a difference I can overclock my 60hz monitor to 74hz with HDMI but only 66hz with DVI-D. Its very simple to do with nvidia control panel I have never tried it with AMD.

Technically all monitors are overclockable through a setting in either the Catalyst Control Center or the Nvidia control panel, however, the effectiveness of this overclock can vary. It may result in heavier backlight bleed than previously experienced, can result in your panel flickering, artifacting and in the worst case, a dead monitor.
I wouldn't recommend it in your case, as that panel is not designed for a high refresh rate, and therefore will not have much headroom in terms of overclocking, if any at all.
If it does get a higher refresh rate, it will likely suffer from lesser color accuracy or clarity.
