Question Is my monitor truly broken?

So, my monitor has weird lights and pixels across the screen whenever I turn on my pc. It won't show anything that it's supposed to, just black and those colors. I have tried plugging it in with hdmi and display port and it's not working. The weird thing is that I have not done anything to make it this way. I was using it fine just a few hours ago. Is it fully broken or just some weird glitch.

It is 2 and a half years old. It is an AOC C24G1 A.

could you try it on another system also are you sure your gpu is not the one that is defective .

I don't believe my gpu is defective as my other monitor is working fine, but I can try it.
