Is my mother board to old?!! HELP

my build is a msi motherboard z68a-gd65 (g3) with i7 proccessor and 16 gb or ram. im on the msi websight and the bios update im seing is from 2013 and only for win 7/xp os. Im running win 10 os currently. is my mother board just to old for this card?
