Is my motherboard able to Sli?

I am currently running a Gigabyte Gtx 1080 G1 Gaming and was wondering if my GIGABYTE Aorus GA-Z270X-Gaming K7 (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel Z270 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Motherboards - Intel is able to sli it and run 2 of them.

Yes it will, it can also run CrossFire too.
