hi! these are my build that i'm planning to do which is RX 480 8gb crossfire. I'm wondering if my power supply is enough to support dual gpus and can i OC it. Also i too wondering if my motherboard supports it. Oh ! I left the PSU slot empty because i can't find my psu anywhere in that list. Anyway,i'm using SilverStone Strider Plus SST - ST70F - PB 700w 80+ bronze.

Oh i'm sorry.. I had a mistake from picking the board that i'm using.. It's msi z170a gaming m5

The Z170A Gaming M5 does support crossfire. That PSU will handle it as well, but its not the greatest quality. Its ok, I wouldn't push it.
