Okay so i made the new pc builder mistake of installing the motherboard without standoffs. For 3 weeks i thought my pc was okay since it turned on. However i constantly had stutters in games and lower fps than i should have for my hardware. I then discovered that I needed to put standoffs before i install the board, so i removed my board from my case and put standoffs then reinstalled it, but still get stutters. I also hear a high pitched buzzing coming from my speaker when i just plug the usb port in to power the speakers. When i connect the audio cord to the motherboard i then hear a high pitched ringing noise coming from my speakers that increases as the system works hardware like playing games for example. Even when i put a sound card in i still hear these noises. Should i try and rma or is the board okay and i should look into other components that could be causing my promblems?

what would i say because i looked into msi site and it has specific reason? I cannot say that it doesn't POST and that is was dead on arrival or that died after a couple weeks because it still powers on. And how long would the rma take? Will I be without my pc for a month?
