I have a home-brew computer with a Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H motherboard, Athlon II X23 250 CPU, 12 GB of Kingston DDR3 RAM, Radeon HD 6670 HIS video card,Antec 430W PSU, running Windows 10.
I think my motherboard is bad, but I need confirmation as I’m trying to decide whether to replace it or not. When I power up the fans spin but the display stays displays “no signal” and stays black. This happens with both the video card and the onboard VCA port. The monitor and cable are good…tested on another computer.
After power up, the computer stays on although it has at times randomly shut down and powered up by itself. There are no beeps because the speaker is probably not hooked up. What to do?
