Is my motherboard broken?

My pc auto starts when i plug in the power cable and cant be turned off with the off button. The mouse and keyboard that are plugged into the mobo dont work either but the leds and fans are all on except the front panel leds on the case Is my motherboard broken or something? All i get is no signal from the monitor.

Yes it has worked before. Its a z370 tomahawk with an 8600k

Its an evga 400w power supply i got about 1-2 years ago

The back panel on the motherboard doesnt seem to work either since the k/m dont turn on, can that be caused by the power supply? Cause the leds on the mobo are all on

You say it "auto starts" when plugged in. But not really. You get some LEDs on, but that doesn't mean it is it "on". Some voltage(s) are on but maybe not all.

Do you have a GPU or are you using the on-board GPU?

I have a 750ti from the previous pc

It is easier than a motherboard. I always recommend Seasonic power supplies. I am surprised with a 400W unit, you had the correct PCIe power for that 750ti card ...
