I want to upgrade my system. I am running a 32 bit version of Windows Vista. I want upgrade to Windows 8.1 or 10 because I cannot find a copy of Windows 7 anywhere. Ideally, I want to upgrade to a 64 bit system. I have searched for any confirmation that my system will run a 64 bit OS.
My processor is 64 bit capable but the Mother board is the question. Can you advise me on this?
System Info:
HP Media Center PC m7747c (Pavilion?) running Windows Vista 32 bit
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU 6400 @ 2.13GHz and is very likely to be 64 bit capable. Socket 775.
Motherboard - Asus P5LP-LE (Leonite). (HP/Compaq name: Leonite-GL8E)
Chipset - Northbridge: Intel 945G, Southbridge: ICH7DH (I think)

Additional system Info:
Model #: m7747c
Product #: RT680AAR-ABA070107#32#203211022006
Serial #: [Personal Information Removed]
Software Build #: 71NAv3PrA4
Service ID #: 090-610
PCBRAND: Pavilion

I bought this as a factory refurbished system so it has a higher level processor than the oroginal configuration for this system. Thank you. Any help would be much appreciated.

If it is running a 64 bit CPU, then the board is 64 bit compatible.
Btw, if you still want Win7 64 bit, it is widely available in many places:

And Win7 still comes with a free upgrade path to Win 10 until sometime in June.
