Is my motherboard compatible pls help

Is a ipiel-la3 (eureka3) from an hp is it compatible with a Asus radeon 7770 graphics card when I plug it in the green light is on in the card but my case doesn't light up and there's no display but everything is spinning and everything's on

Your mobo has a PCI-E card so that's good, do you have the PCI power cable plugged into the GPU (the 7770), and is the PSU at least 500 or better?

No its a antec 450 with a 6pin is there anyway to keep my psu or is that the problem is there anyway to get the voltage to work idk help

I'd want a stronger PSU, know of anyone you could borrow one from - just to test and see with

Is there anyway to boost the voltage or power on it because it should still power it correct?

Might or might not, if marginal it could surge and damage the card or itself or other components
