Im going to buy an asus rog strix o8g rx470 and i want know if this GPU is compatible with my others specs:
PSU - FSP Hexa series - HE 500
Motherboad - Asrock 970 extreme 3 r2.0
Previous GPU - Sapphire HD7870
CPU - FX 8320 (stock, not OC)
And will my PSU will be able to handle with the rx470 ?

Yes they are all compatible. The motherboard, though only has PCIe2.0 x16 slots, can accommodate the RX 470's PCIe3.0 x16 interface -- the PCIe2.0 and PCIe3.0 versions are backward-compatible. The GPU would only run at 2.0 speeds, slower but not noticeable. Your previous GPU is longer than the Asus RX470 you want, so, in terms of fitting the case, it will. The FSP HE 500 can power your listed parts (esp. your 1x 8-pin GPU requirement; your PSU provides 1x 6-pin and 1x 6/8-pin), but I would suggest, for you own sake, to upgrade your PSU with a better quality unit with longer warranty (for better efficiency and long-term use, as well as possible OC'ing.) I'd look into getting the Seasonic G-550 (5-year warranty), EVGA SuperNOVA G3 550 (7-year warranty) or Corsair RM550x (10-year warranty).
