How do i update the Bios (sorry im a newbie)
See your motherboard manual.
Options probably include a boot-to-USB stick method, or Windows application.
I prefer USB, and make sure it's a known RELIABLE USB stick.
You can also just go into the BIOS (or check via I guess CPU-Z from CPUID) and see what version you have.
CPUID-> Mainboard-> BIOS-> Version
You need v7.00 or later.

If so I posted then went to the manual to do more research. I don't generally like to go back and changes posts if I've been away for a while. Not sure why that would concern you either way but whatever.
