Is my motherboard damaged? (GA H110M S2H)

Hello !
So I got GA H110M S2H with i5 6600 and I don't have a gpu (I am using intel hd 530) . I am using TELEFUNKEN 22" as PC screen and the problem is that when I am using HDMI in order to go to bios I get a black screen and when I am using VGA bios works !
So what should I do? (By the way pc works with both HDMI and VGA with no problem ... just bios don't boot from HDMI)

If you want to access the BIOS through HDMI, makes sure VGA & HDMI monitor cables are not both connected at the same time.

when I am using HDMI only pc works [strike]and[/strike] but bios don't [strike]boot[/strike] show on screen.
when I am using VGA only, everything works but I don't want to have VGA connected cause it hasn't got the same quality
