Question Is my motherboard dead, or incompatible.

Hey guys, I ‘m still fairly noobish at building a pc but I’m at my wits end with my current build.
I just bought a new motherboard, cpu and ram but my pc isn’t booting.

My pc isn’t starting up and I noticed I didn’t hear any beep so I’m starting to think something’s wrong with the motherboard.

These are the parts I have:
ASrock b450 pro4 motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor
Xfx pro 550w psu
Gtx 1060 gpu
G.skill aegis 16gb ddr4 3000mhz

Those are compatible right? Did I install it correctly? See photo’s via links:

To describe more accurately what happens during boot.
The fans start whizzing, the gpu’s fan too. The gpu fan then turns off, and after a bit the all fans stop and then the process restarts automatically. During this entire time there is no beep.

Solved. Turns out I had to really, really push the ram in.
