Is my motherboard dead?

Hi guys, thanks for taking time to read my question. My PC died recently from what I thought was the PSU. So, I bought a new one. After I connected it up, my computer booted to BIOS successfully, registering all 8gb of the RAM and the CPU with its correct clock speed, temperatures etc. However, I had to reset it but this time it did the same thing as before. It boots up but doesn't show any signal on the monitor. All of the fans spin up on the CPU cooler, case fans, GPU fans and the intake fans. However, nothing shows up on the monitor. I took the GPU out to test it in another computer and the GPU is absolutely fine, working perfectly. Then, I tried the motherboard outside of the case to see if it may be short circuiting. It wasn't, the problem was still around when the motherboard was resting on the motherboard box. (I handled these parts with an anti-static wriststrap in my kitchen) do you guys know the problem? I'll put the system info and other things below.

CPU: AMD Athlon 750K overclocked to 4.0GHZ using OC GENIE II

CPU cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo

RAM: 8GB SAMSUNG DDR3 1600MHZ

MOTHERBOARD: MSI FM2-A75MA-P33 M-ATX

POWER SUPPLY: Corsair CX430M

You seem to have done a fair job of trying to issolate the problem. You moved the video card and the problem didn't move with it - I.E. the video card is likely not the problem.

So what remains is causing the issue - you have a MB, the Memory, and the CPU. (not counting the PSU - as you have a new one.).

Of these items - removing the memory is the easiest next step. Remove all memory - see what occurs (it may fail to post due to the lack of memory). Then insert one module and test again. If nothing changes between memory swaps - either all the memory is bad (unlikely) or there is no problem with the memory.

That leaves the CPU and the MB. I am sure you can guess how to isolate from there.

Good luck.
