I made a new build today. Here are the specs:
CPU- i5-750
Mobo- Gigabyte ga-p55m-ud2
Ram- 4GB Kingston Fury
GPU- Sapphire AMD r7 250
PSU- Cooler Master 460W
HDD- Western Digital IDE drive
I also have a CPU Cooler and have applied thermal paste. However, when I plug the power cord to my PSU and I flip the switch, the LED on my motherboard doesn't come on. I've tried the same PSU on a different computer and it works fine. I've also looked at the sticky and motherboard problems. Is the motherboard bad?

It's certainly a possibility that the board has gone bad. There are some things you should check. Verify the the 20+4 Pin connector from the power supply is firmly secured in place, if it's loose, then that might be why you're not getting power. With the 20+4 pin connector sometimes you do have to push it in a little more than the others to get it firmly secured.
