Is My Motherboard dead?

Recently I have built a PC (my build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DRgxZL) it was working fine the other day, I was on the computer and I went to go do something for 40 minutes and when I came back my PC was completely off.When I tried to turn it back on nothing seemed to turn on, no fans were spinning, no lights on the motherboard were either. At first I tried to press the power button that wouldn't work so I tried to turn on and off the power switch on the PSU that did not work either. The socket was working fine I was charging my laptop on it. I later tried the paperclip test and found out it wasn't my PSU causing problems. I re-seated the ram, made sure the front panel connectors were on, I also made sure the 20(4) and the 8 pin connectors were on and finnaly made sure all the cables were connected firmly. So could the problem be with the motherboard?

Paper clip test doesn't say enough, just that it's fan will turn on.
