Is my Motherboard dead

Hello, yesterday I realised my fans inside my new pc (custom) only built 2 months ago wouldn't spin but the LEDs were on only to realise that the switch was off at the front of the case, so as I go to re wired the switch wire my motherboard cut out and now pc won't turn on even gfx card has no light on it, but the keyboard and mouse light up via USB, and when I turn on power supply the keyboard light blinks for a few sec, there is also a green light on the motherboard (asus) I used my other mobo to test everything and it works does this mean the motherboard is dead?

Did you do this while the PC is on? Then you likely screwed it up.

Never work on your pc when it is on. Not only will you damage internal components, you run the risk of getting electrocuted.

I used my other mobo to test everything and it works does this mean the motherboard is dead?
