Is my Motherboard dead?

A week ago my computer wouldnt shut down and i had to turn it off with power supply switch and after that i tried turning it back on and it wouldnt, its completely dead. I got a new psu because i thought it was that and still nothing happens when i turn it on, so would it be my motherboard or?

Quite possible. But.... take out all parts like GPU, disks etc and see if it would power up at all.

Yeah ive done all that and still nothing. i also have a green led light on my graphics card to signal its on and that is gone too.
