Is my motherboard dead ?

2600x
Msi 470x plus gaming
650evga bq
16ggs ram vengeance
1070ti zotac
,
The pc is new and it dosent boot
I tried everything the ram is working
The cpu is hot
But it dosent boot

Does it beep?
how do you know the ram is working?
I assume you put a cooler on the CPU and you can feel the cooler warming up?
do you have the video output plugged into you GPU?
have you reseated your GPU?
have you removed all unneeded parts to boot? (SSD/HDD, more than one stick of ram, disk drives, ect)
Are you sure the monitor works?
