Is my motherboard dead?

Is my motherboard dead? I turned on my computer this morning and I was getting no signal on my monitor. Holding down the power button wouldn't turn it off so I had to turn of the psu. Turned it back on and same issue, but I was able to use the power button to turn it off. Switched HDMI cables, same issue. Reseated the gpu (Sapphire 570), same issue. Reseated the ram, same issue. Put my old 2780 in, same issue. Plugged it into my tv, same issue. My motherboard (GA-970A-UD3P) doesn't have an onboard graphics card so I can't test that. I tried power cycling my monitor to no success either.

I wouldn't discount the PSU.

I would replace that first.

That's basically brand new. I bought my Seasonic Focus back in July. Is Seasonic a bad brand?

Seasonic is the best of the best in the PSU world. Did you try resetting CMOS?

Yeah....Seasonic is very good.
I'd be leaning on a failed MB then.

I tried my old Corsair CM 750 and that one is straight up dead. My PC won't even turn on with it.
