Today i was playing mad max the game for about 3 hours.
Stopped playing it and was browsing the web in the mean time.
After 30 minutes of just browsing the web all of a sudden my pc shuts off.
Try'd to turn it back on, but only the Gpu fans were working. Case fans and cpu fans didnt work.
So i imidiatly turned it off again.
Try'd it half an hour later and it worked again for about 20 minutes then it the pc crashed again.
I asked around and a lot of people have been saying its probably my motherboard that is defect since everything that uses the motherboard for power doesn't work.
and the gpu that is connected directly to the power supply Does work.
Im on my pc right now and it works fine Temperatures seem te be decent too.
My question is How do i find out what is defect?
And if my motherboard is defect why would it work on and off.

My specs:

Motherboard : msi 970A-g43,
Cpu : Amd Fx 6300 with stock cooler.
Gpu : R9 270.
OS : windows 10

Thanks for anyone that trys to help me find a solution.

Temperatures are around 25/35 idle on the cpu and under heavy load 40/50.
Motherboard is pretty hot around . 50 degrees idle . and 60 under heavy load.

This is fairly common on this motherboard. If you google your motherboard model and overheating you will see others have this issue. Looks like the VRM's get hot. Some people even had that model catch fire.

VRM's :

VRM's with heatsinks

Might try placing some of these on the VRM"s

What you describe does seem temperature related. I'd suggest you do some tests with the case open and if possible, with a fan pointing at it. I'm pretty sure it's your stock cooler causing it. If so, just get any cheap cooler master 212 or similar, they'll be enough.

I think your right ! just played mad max for only 1 minute with Speccy and HWmonitor on second monitor and checking temps.
After 1 minute my Motherboard jumps to 60 degrees.
Only thing im wondering about is why did it only crash/shut itself off After i stopped playing Mad max.
And if my pc is working fine right now how do i check if the motherboard is permenantly damaged or if i can just buy New cpu fan and maybe some extra case fans and be done with it :/

Solution

this MSI 970A-G43 are crap, G45 better than G43.
the main problem G43 is the SOUTHBRIDGE got hotter then died, source from high ripple +5v PSU.
i already replace SB for G43 about 18-20 pieces.
when using debug led when motherboard died it's show code 05 or C5 certainly dead SB.

Alright thanks everyone who helped!
Decided to not risk it and buy a new motherboard.

And for anyone looking to buy an Msi 970A-G43. DONT,
I used this one for about 3 months and now its dead stay away from that Motherboard
