Question Is my motherboard DoA or it's something else ?

Hey all,

So am building a AM5 system and here are my components so far:

• Asus X670E Prime Wifi motherboard
• Corsair 5000D Airflow case
• Corsair RM850x PSU with the Type 4 Gen 4 blue/black cables

Issue: Board doesn't spin the case fans and doesn't light up the QLEDS even though there is no RAM or CPU installed yet even though there is power going into the board, and front panel buttons don't work even though they are plugged into the header properly

My Troubleshooting so far:

• checked both EPS cables and the ATX cable and they are seated properly. (red 8 pin CPU light came on when i flipped the PSU switch back on after temporarily disconnecting EPS cables, light went out after reconnecting cables)
• disconnected power and tested the PSU and it is getting power even though it is a zero RPM model
• flashed the BIOS via the flashback button and USB and it was successful and LED on the button lights up
• tested the NIC LEDs and the NIC on my laptop lights up when plugged into the mobo NIC but no LEDs on the mobo NIC
• pressing the power button on the board directly and nothing happens

Should I chance it and RMA the board or am I missing something?
