Is my motherboard fried?

Last night my PC turned off due to a lightning strike near my house. This morning when I turned it on, the graphics card wasn't being detected by the
monitor but it's fan was spinning.
So I used the onboard graphics which were working fine. After logging in, I noticed that the onboard LAN wasn't working. I tried rebooting
but it didn't fix it. I was using the router during lightning and I think it stuffed the LAN port through the cable.
Also, the computer restarts
itself immediately after shutting down.
Is it a fried graphics card or the motherboard, or could it be the PSU?
My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA 78LMT S2P
and the GPU is an AMD HD 6850.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The power supply and motherboard are obviously not dead otherwise the system would not work at all. As for the graphics card check that you aren't using the standard VGA cable if you are unplug it and use DVI or HDMI instead if that does not work the graphics card may have overloaded and died. If your router was connected it may have shut down to protect it's self from completely dying. And the computer restarting after shutting down, I really cannot give an explanation for that. Try calling the manufacturer and see if you can get a replacement if you find that your parts were severely damaged. You could get a replacement.
