Is my motherboard going to be suitable for a new graphics card?

I currently have a MSI g41m-p23 motherboard installed and I am planning to upgrade my graphics card to a Diamond 4870PE51GDI ATI Radeon HD 4870 GDDR5 1GB PCI-E Dual DVI. Is the graphics card going to be suitable?
