Is my motherboard good enough for this upgrade?

Some info about my pc and why I want to upgrade

Almost half a year ago I purchased a gaming pc from a company called zoostorm.
It came with an i5-4460 a gtx960 2gb and 8gb ddr3 ram, the psu it came with was poor
quality so I replaced it with a good 500w one from corsair. I am now looking to play games like rust and ark survival and play many games at ultra but this system is not up to the job for many of the games I want to play.

Motherboard info and what I want to upgrade to

The motherboard is a GA-B85-HD3-A
I'm looking to upgrade my pc by replacing the i5-4460 to a i7-4790 and to replace my gtx960 to a gtx1060 or a gtx1070

I'm a bit of a noob with pc's so I'm after help

1060 and 1070 should be fine, they are actually pretty efficient cards and don't take that much power.

Yeah it's the same generation.

You may need to update the bios just in case but it most likely will work without an update.
