Is my motherboard good to overclock with the amd fx 6300?

I have an amd fx 6300 at 3.5ghz and I'm going to be overclocking it to 4.3ghz. I have the Hyper 212 EVO cooler with good air flow and I'm wondering if my motherboard is able to handle it.

Also I'm going to be overclocking the RAM to 1600MHz but have no clue on that but am I able to do that as well?

No , that board shouldn't be used for overclocking it has a very poor power and thermal design.

If you have 1600 mhz. ram , that can be enabled in the BIOS to run at 1600 in the DRAM settings.

No, I have not bought the board yet, but I plan to overclock but I'm on a budget so at most I would like to spend $70 tops for a motherboard

Check out the Biostar TA970. Though not normally a preferred manufacturer, this board has heatsinks on its VRMs and does not appear on https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AgN1D79Joo7tdE9xMUFlMEVWeFhuckJEVF9aMmtpUFE&gid=7 as having weak VRMs, even though it only has 4+1 power phases.
