[SOLVED] Is my motherboard holding back power of my CPU, GPU or both?

I got a ASRock A320 Motherboard, AMD Ryzen 3 1200, XFX RX 560, Corsair 8x2 2400mhz, Corsair CX500 Watt PS. When I play games it feels like it's bottlenecking (they run but to me it just seems studders) so should I just upgrade my motherboard? I live in the United States & I have the money to upgrade but I just need help to find which motherboard will be the best to buy (I was looking at the B350 Motherboard but idk from MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte & I was looking at the Ryzen 5 2600 but idk)

You can't overclock the CPU on it , but besides that it's NOT REALLY HOLDING YOU BACK.

If you are looking to upgrade to 2nd gen Rzen like 2600(x) you would want a motherboard with at least b450 chipset.
